RUNNER OF THE WEEK UMF's Salena Sykes

Sykes earned medalist honors at the North Atlantic Conference Women's Cross Country Championships at Lyndon State College on Sunday. The junior turned in a time of 22:21 on the 5K course to become the first individual winner from UMF since Emily Farley (2006, 2007).
