Alecia Palmer continued her impressive rookie campaign, finishing the Maine State Cross Country championships in 21:04, good for 43rd place in the field of over 140 runners. Palmer led the Eagles to a 6th place finish in the 11 team meet while defeating all NAC runners who entered the competition.
