| You'll still get a strong dose of football, men's and women's basketball, baseball and men's and women's soccer on this site. But we'll cover the other sports, too, and general Division III issues. |

D3sports.com
D3sports.com is the fourth of our major sites to get the PrestoSports makeover, and this replaces a site that was always a temporary placeholder to begin with.
Here's what is new:
The first phase of our site will feature the top stories from each of our existing news sites (D3football, D3hoops, D3baseball, D3soccer) along with other top stories of general sports interest. Launching today, on a day in which the NCAA unveiled brackets in four Division III fall sports, was only appropriate as volleyball and field hockey join men's and women's soccer in their 2010 quest for Walnut and Bronze. But you can still find all of our other top stories here.
A future PrestoSports enhancement will tighten up the presentation of those top stories.
Scores from other sports
There are more than seven sports in Division III, and PrestoSports
has scores for everything in their network. Plus, schools outside
the network can still use their access through us to post those
other scores as well. When tournament time rolls around,
D3sports.com and Presto will team up to make sure every game in the
NCAA Tournament is reflected in the scoreboard.
What we're reading
On the front page you'll see a box with the latest Division III
sports stories we've seen in newspapers across the country. If you
have something for us to see, use
our feedback form to pass the link along! It's a compilation of
everything you see in What We're Reading on our other sites, plus
more.
PrestoSports is already the trusted home of athletics web sites at all levels, from Butler and Kent State down to high schools, with hundreds of Division III clients and more joining the network every year. (We see you there, Centennial Conference, Denison, LaGrange, Wooster.) We've already run our game day data through them for years and now their site design is on par with the rest of the Division III market.
D3baseball.com will also get a similar makeover. D3hoops.com's new design rolled out last week and D3soccer's went out the week before.
I hope you will find everything you expect on our new site. For this is what we have: a modern news site worthy of the fine student-athletes and great sport that we cover.
