Trapuzzano hasn't made an effective start in the month of May and has a torn labrum. Lately he's gone about 3 innings of marginally effective baseball and then gotten rescued. Tomorrow that would be Fugate/Hall/Gemberling-Johnson rather than Degrand/McDowell/Miller. 27.3 innings since last Thursday now for McDowell. And he threw at least 9 2/3 innings in two separate outings in each round of the NCACs. Stupid extra rain day in the Adrian regional that shouldn't have been....shakes head.
